The idea of having a co-working buddy can be hectic when you have to travel across town to go to a cafe or library. With LifeAt’s virtual co-working space, you can just hop on your laptop, pick a room, tune in, and get some work done together.
How to join a co-working space
1. Pick a community you want to get productive with
2. Goal setting
Once you enter the room, state what you’re working on and what your goal is for the session.
3. Turn on group Pomodoro timer
Tune in with the rest of the community so you know when it’s time to focus, and when it’s break time.
4. Should I turn my camera on or off?
Most of the co-working sessions will have the option for participants to turn their cameras on. This way, we keep each other accountable. Some sessions are run by creators so you’ll often see a live stream instead.
5. Events
Once you pre-commit to something, you’re more likely to get it done. After each session, schedule your next co-working session by checking the “Events page”
